About Our Hosts
The Massachusetts
Energy Efficiency Partnership (MAEEP)
was established by the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, to
support deployment of energy-efficient technology and tools to the
industrial, institutional, and commercial sector. All partners,
which include Massachusetts utilities and state and federal agencies,
work together to identify opportunities to improve the efficient
use of electricity and other fuels, improve productivity, and minimize
waste in manufacturing and facility operation.

As Massachusetts' largest investor-owned electric and gas utility,
NSTAR
has been transmitting and delivering electricity and natural gas
for more than 100 years. It serves nearly 1.4 million residential
and business customers in more than 100 Eastern Massachusetts communities.
NSTAR is committed to its customers and the environment and offers
a host of energy efficiency programs and services that have been
designed to reduce energy use, help the environment, and ultimately
reduce electricity bills.
